Did you know the City offers a rebate of $1.00 for every square foot of turf removed?  We understand if you want to keep a small area of green grass for a pet or visiting grandchildren, but it doesn’t make much sense to keep a wide expanse of nonfunctional turf in the yard.

You may want to consider putting in artificial turf or a rain garden.
